By adding Phage to a server or using it, you agree to these terms. They’re short.

Free and as-is

Phage is a free hobby project. It’s provided as-is, without guarantees. It might have bugs, go offline, lose data or change how features work. ATP, XP, items and other in-bot things have no real-world value and can’t be exchanged for money.

Acceptable use

Please don’t:

  • Break the rules: use Phage to break Discord’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, or the law.
  • Harass people: use Phage to harass, threaten or impersonate anyone.
  • Abuse the bot: spam commands, exploit bugs to gain ATP or XP, or try to overload or break Phage.
  • Misuse the data: scrape or misuse information Phage shows about other members.

Found a bug? Please report it in the support server instead of exploiting it.

Removal

We can remove Phage from a server, block a user or server from using it, or reset in-bot balances if these terms are broken, or at any time if we need to.

Your servers

Server staff are responsible for how they set up Phage in their server, including autoresponses, quotes and moderation.

Changes

These terms may change. We’ll update the date at the top and mention it in the support server. Continuing to use Phage after a change means you accept the new terms.
